Sarah is a real estate professional living and working in the state of Florida for the past 18 years. She has worked in the business commodities and services environment for over a decade with major service areas including but not limited to Miami, Orlando, Jacksonville, Fort Myers, Tampa Bay, Gainesville, and Tallahassee.While Sarah is bilingual and fluent conducting business in both English and Chinese, she works at networking with people of other nationalities negotiating a beneficial agreement to both parties.
She maintains the CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) Designation. Sarah graduated from Florida A&M University with a Masters in Public Administration in 1998. She has a second Masters in Business Administration from Florida State University in 2008. Sarah loves the career of real estate sales and investment and is actively involved in local communities. Her community engagement includes membership with AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of American – Central Florida Chapter), membership with First Baptist Oviedo, and membership with Stanford Toastmaster Club. She volunteered for the victims of Hurricane Charley at FEMA Service Center in Stanford, Florida in 2004.
